Hak atas Kekayaan Intelektual (HaKI)

Posting kali ini tentang Hak atas Kekayaan Intelektual, disingkat HKI atau HaKI adalah hak yang muncul bagi hasil olah pikir otak yang menghasilkan suatu produk atau proses yang berguna bagi manusia .Objek yang diatur dalam HaKI adalah karya-karya yang lahir akibat kemampuan intelektual manusia. Secara umum HaKI dibagi menjadi 2 (dua) bagian, yaitu hak cipta (copyrights) dan hak kekayaan industri (industrial property rights).

Hak kekayaan industri mencakup hak paten, desain industri, merek, penanggulangan praktik persaingan curang, desain tata letak sirkiut terpadu rahasia dagang, serta varietas tanaman. Sistem HaKI merupakan hak privat, seseorang bebas untuk mengajukan permohonan atas karya intelektualnya atau tidak. Dengan adanya HaKI, kreatifitas manusia akan terdokumentasi dengan baik dan dilindungi oleh hukum sehingga terhindar dari pembajakan. Hukum yang mengatur kekayaan intelektual umumnya bersifat teritorial.

Virus

Posting kali ini tentang virus pada komputer, virus komputer merupakan program komputer yang dapat menggandakan atau menyalin dirinya sendiri dan menyebar dengan cara menyisipkan salinan dirinya ke dalam program atau dokumen lain. Virus komputer dapat dianalogikan dengan virus biologis yang menyebar dengan cara menyisipkan dirinya sendiri ke sel makhluk hidup. Virus komputer dapat merusak (misalnya dengan merusak data pada dokumen), membuat pengguna komputer merasa terganggu, maupun tidak menimbulkan efek sama sekali.
